Exchanges, returns and warranty

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

We apply the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).

Right of withdrawal — 5 business days

As a distance purchase, you may change your mind within 5 business days after delivery. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. We refund your money within 30 calendar days at most. Return shipping is at your expense.

Exchange for size, color or preference — 5 business days

You can request an exchange for another product within 5 business days after delivery, unused and in its packaging. Exchange shipping is at your expense.

Warranty — 1 year

All new products have a 1-year legal warranty against quality or performance defects, unless the manufacturer offers more. We respond within 15 business days at most. If it applies, we repair it free of charge; if it can’t be fixed or the defect repeats, we replace it or refund your money. If the warranty applies, Tráigame Eso pays the shipping.

It does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, moisture in products not meant for water, or not following the instructions.

Personal-use products

For hygiene reasons, trimmers, shavers, baby bottles, cosmetics and similar products can only be returned or exchanged if they are sealed. The defect warranty always applies.

Payment reversal

If you paid by card, PSE or another electronic method and the product didn’t arrive, isn’t what you ordered or arrived defective, you can request a payment reversal within 5 business days of becoming aware of it, by writing to us and to your financial institution.

How to request it

1. Write to ventas@traigameeso.co or on WhatsApp with your order number (TE-…).
2. Tell us the reason and attach photos if there is damage or a defect.
3. We’ll tell you how to send it or where we’ll pick it up.
