Shipping policy
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
We deliver in Bogotá and ship throughout Colombia with Inter Rapidísimo or Coordinadora. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your city and package weight. We currently ship only within Colombia; prices are in Colombian pesos (COP).

The exact amount is calculated at checkout with the real rate of the cheapest carrier for your town, based on package weight and insured value. We add nothing on top.
When does the time start?
- In stock: from when your payment is confirmed.
- Pre-order: from when the product reaches us. Each product shows its estimated arrival date and we notify you on WhatsApp.
Tracking
When we ship, we email you the tracking number and the purchase receipt. A copy of the receipt goes in the package.
If the package arrives damaged
Check it in front of the courier. If the box is dented or opened, note it on the delivery slip and write to us the same day at ventas@traigameeso.co or on WhatsApp with photos.
